On September 12 2011 we bought our 1st house.  It is a cute 3 bedroom 2 bath house about 1 mile from the beach and 1/2 mile for downtown Fernandina.  It has a ‘scooter port’ which I love and a ‘garage’ in the back yard but since the yard is fenced it is not a car garage.  Half the garage is ‘finished’ so we call that the basement since Justin wanted a basement.  We will do basement like things in there.  We also have a Limon tree.
